This is the H.E. Harris & Co. United States Liberty Stamp Album.
The blue vinyl album, with the Statue of Liberty on the cover, contains stamp pages dated from 1847-1987. Inside are over 1400 stamps dating back to 1881. Included are airmail, postage due, special delivery, parcel post, United Nations, and wildlife stamps mounted in plastic protective sleeves.
The album measures 12" tall, 9.75" wide, and 2.25" thick.
It is in good pre-owned condition. The stamps included varying grades.
