Otherwise the plates are in great condition and still display beautifully.

    Description

    Up for sale is a set of 6 Antique Old Paris Red/Maroon Colored Dinner Plates with Gold Trim. Circa 1830s-1850s.
    The plates feature a gorgeous dark red/burgundy/maroon border with gold gilt around the rim and gilt pinstripes around the border as well as gilt/maroon pinstripes in the center. The base is blank with typical wear and manufacturing imperfections.
    There is a chip to the edge of one of the plates. All of the plates have a lot of wear to the gold around the rim and there is a lot of wear to the gold pin striping around the border and a lot of wear to the pin striping in the center as seen in the photos. Otherwise the plates are in great condition and still display beautifully.
    Each plate meaures approximately:
    9 3/8" Diameter.
    5 1/2" Base Diameter.
    These are antique items and may have small manufacturers imperfections which do not affect the display of the piece.
