This is a guaranteed old advertising paperweight from the New England Furniture & Carpet Co. which is strangely located in Minneapolis Minn.
It is celluloid and in great condition with only minor wear from use.
Along the edge it is marked “PAT 11-3-16, 6-26-17 PARISIAN NOV. CO. CHICAGO”.
