2 Gang Vintage Uniline Brown Wall Cover Plate for 1 Duplex Receptacle and 1 Blank on the other side.
Toggle switch outline on the blank side is visible but not cut out.
Unusual configuration could also be used to cover up wall imperfections as an oversive or "oops" plate -see photos
