It was run as a division of HD with a complete buying and operations staff. It lasted about 2 years. The first mega-warehouse was in Quincy, Ilinois, the second in Waterloo, Iowa. The massive warehouses were around 400,000 sq.ft. The catalog called 'the Big Orange Catalog' was the first of it's kind outside a 'Granger-type' catalog. Most catalogs of its type showed 300-500 SKUs.
