Hechinger Lumber Advertising Box cutter pre 1999
Outside shows some wear (as one can see from the photos) but the bland and holder inside are nice!
Hechinger was very similar to Home depot or Lowes. They were located in Central Maryland and went out of business when Home Depot entered the market. I help build store #7 and worked there during the summer in the early 1960's
