    Sierra Uniline Ivory Ribbed Outlet Cover Plate
    ​Patent #151907
    ​I believe this to be a design patent number which dates to 1948
    ​Otherwise it would date to 1874 which I doubt very much.
    This is an original cover from my house that was built in 1958
    Plate measure 2 3/4" wide x 4 9/16" high
    ​I have a switch plate by same company and matching design listed
