There seems to be some confusing on how we (the seller) measure the decals.
Please refer to the 2nd page in the pictures. There you will find the details.
.50" (1/2") ONLY Available upon special request ONLY for certain fonts.
To receive decals at the size of 1/2", you will need to purchase 1" decal.
If the Font you pick does not have enough available quantity, you can choose a different Font and add it to your order and then send us a message with that info in it!!!
Please check and recheck the spelling of your order in this listing when ordering,
as we COPY and PASTE and are not responsible for misspelled words.

OUTDOOR CUSTOM PERSONALISED VINYL LETTERING 1-7 inches in height and up to 12 Letters/Numbers long (which also includes all : Numbers, symbols, commas, periods, exclamation points) etc. in length... NOW you are asking...What if what I want is more than 12 letters/numbers long? The answer is in the Example below.

12 Letters, numbers, symbols, commas, periods, exclamation points, question marks, etc.; you only need to purchase 0ne (1) decal.
(If your phrase is longer than 12 letters, then you will need to purchase two (2) decals). (See next example).

15 Letters, numbers, symbols, commas, periods, exclamation points, question marks, etc.; you need to purchase two (2) decals.

The Color Chart: The color pink and orange in the picture seems to be a dull pink and a dull orange.
The actual colors are HOT PINK and Bright ORANGE.
Decals that are 4 inches and smaller may be mailed in a plain envelope. If this happens to be; there will be NO tracking info...
There will be NO tracking information if I mail these from my home using regular stamps.
Also, decals will be cut where the decal has a space to save in shipping costs.
For EXAMPLE: If your text decal says... How much does this item cost? << is 29 Letters long INCLUDING SPACES!
This would be a purchase of 2 decals because it is longer than 24 Letters. The decal would be cut or folded between "this" and "item"

Send me a message or add a "Note to Seller" that includes the following.
1) Exact TEXT you want
2) Pick Color Name from Color Chart provided
3) Pick Font Style Name from List provided
4) Please keep a check on your "Contact Buyer"; I may need to contact you for more info and/or proof reading the TEXT information your provided in my Messages or Note to Seller before I begin the process of making your decal.

If you have purchased a decal and there is a problem with your decal, please contact me before contacting eBay.
I would like the chance to correct and resolve the mistake if it is on my part. IF I misspell a word that you spelled correctly; I need you to take a picture of the decal and send it to me in contact buyer messages. Once I receive the picture, and see that it is my fault, I will either re-cut the decal
and mail it out to you the next business day or REFUND your money... it will be your choice at that time!
IF it is an error on your (buyer) part, then I will need you to contact me 1st, take a picture of it, send me the picture in contact buyer messages, then return the item at your expense and I will re-cut your decal and mail it back to you.
There will be NO REFUNDS if it is you (buyer) mistake in spelling.
