  • Condition: PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT MY DOLLS - This is such a precious light switch cover. I had this in one of my Shabby Chic rooms at my other home and it looked so nice on the wall. The porcelain is white with golden accents. Very sweet pink roses decorate the front. Two switch openings for your double plate light switches. The back side has the original foil label indicating "Lefton" china. Free of chips, cracks or breaks to the porcelain.

    DESCRIPTION:
    I SELL ONLY WITHIN THE U.S.  NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OFFERED.
    I’m offering today a vintage and quite rare Lefton Porcelain Double Light Switch Plate Cover.  I had this lovely porcelain plate cover in one of my Shabby Chic bedrooms for about 25 years.  It was produced by Lefton China which has delicate roses covering the porcelain plate cover.  There are two openings for the light switches and four screw holes for the screws to hold it in place.  The edges on the porcelain are embossed with lovely scallop designs and accented with gold.  There is a group of delicate pink and rose colored roses on top and bottom with two single rose buds on either side of the switch openings.
    These are difficult to come by and as time goes by, they will do nothing but increase in value.  What's lovely about these porcelain plate covers is, you can remove them and wash them if you get dirty hand marks over time.  A quick wash and they look just as new as they did many years ago.  As you turn the front of the plate over, the original "Lefton" red foil label remains in place.  I always thought it was important to leave these details to my older pieces for others to identify with.
    I know whoever purchases this for the right room will enjoy it immensely as I did over the years.

    This is a normal double size switch plate cover measuring approximately 5" wide by 5-1/8" tall.
    CONDITION:
    The porcelain is free of chips, cracks or breaks.  It has been well cared for during my tenure of ownership and enjoyment.
