Returns happen.  Don't worry, we understand.  What's more, we're going to make it easy for you.  We just want you to be happy.  That's why we have a 30 day return policy after the delivery date for all products sold by Blue Beacon.  Here are a few details if you'd like to return a product:
We offer a full refund or an exchange if your items are not as described as soon as we receive the return.
Don't worry, you won't have to pay for anything to come back to us as long as you request and ship your return within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges
Want something else instead?  No problem.  Items of equal value can be exchanged, at no charge, for up to six (6) months after delivery to you.  If you want something offered at a lower cost, we'll refund the difference.  If you'd like something a little flashier, we'll gladly accept payment via PayPal or credit card for the difference.
