NOS in factory package Leviton Kwikchange Ivory 773 Single gang 3 Device Cover Plate and Device Mounting Bracket.
Unique Design is NOT interchangeable with Despard Devices.
You will have trouble finding this at the hardware store!
Absolutely new and never installed.  Some scuffs and oxidation noted but otherwise excellent.
Rare and unique.

Sale is for Wall Plate, Screws, and Bracket.
Note: Plate is old and fragile and will break if you over tighten the screws.  No returns on plates broken from mis-installation.
These originally came with plain steel screws I will substitute color matched ones if requested.
