Vintage Silverplate on copper relish dish with glass insert with Dutch scene

Description

Vintage Silverplate on copper, two handled relish dish with glass insert. It is obviously over copper as there is a rich copper color coming through the somewhat worn silver. The repoussé scene is of Dutch children and windmills. There are four ball feet on the holder.
The hallmark is three hearts with a P in the first and a B in the third. I believe the "B" is for Barbour.
The heavy glass insert has three sections. Please note the two scratches in the photo in one of the sections, otherwise, it is in great shape with only some superficial scratches along the outer sides from being slipped into and out of the two handled silver holder.
