Vintage Stock Anthropologie Leaf Enamel Metal Single Light Switch Cover Plate

This light switch plate is stunning. I forgot that I had it and just rediscovered it.
The base is metal. It feels too heavy for aluminum but am not sure what metal it is made of. There is no tarnish. Each petal or leaf is covered in clear enamel. The leaves look real..or... they could be made of textured material, I don't know for sure. I haven't found anything like it online.
Depending where its measured, it is 4 to 4.5 inches across.
