    Here is a DOUBLE light switch cover presumed to be from American Tack (Edmar): Pattern of roses and scrolls in cream/ivory color. Note that color is a bit darker than photos show. Has break-though metal patina throughout. Made of metal (assumed brass). Measures

    5 by 5 inches. Item dates from the late 1960s/early 1970s era. Made in Japan.
    This is a used, pre-owned item. It does not come with screws. There is missing paint in few spots (adds to vintage patina; photos show largest spot) and there is minor dirt that you can clean.
