    This is a Vintage Green Art Deco De Luxe Protect-O-Shield Light Switch / Outlet Plate Cover 2 Piecec Set.  The inner cover is for an outlet and a light switch.  Both pieces were made by Gits Molding Corp.  They are in very nice unused condition with no mounting screws.  Please, refer carefully to the photo / photos for the exact condition of this item.
